We know your pets are an important part of your life, and at Kinect @ Southport – we welcome pets!

Policy Details:

  • Most recent vet records with vaccinations, breed, weight, and age required for pet approval
  • Three pets maximum permitted - two dogs, or two cats, or one cat & one dog
  • $60 monthly rent per pet 
  • $900 Refundable household pet deposit

Breed Restrictions:

  • Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Wolf Hybrid, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or any such type of Pit Bull), and Belgian Malinois
  • No reptiles, amphibians, or cage animals are permitted
